Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased on www.rajumarkets.com. By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the shipping practices described below.

 

1. Home Delivery Information

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and completed the checkout process, your order will be processed for delivery.

• We currently deliver to all listed areas within Kuwait, as specified in the Shipping Address section during checkout.
• A delivery fee of 1 KWD applies to each order.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Orders delivery timeframe will be as mentioned on the selected delivery method during checkout. We will try to meet the selected delivery timeframe, however, due to many factors we may not be able to do so but will try our best to meet the delivery option timeframe.

Defective Products:

• RajuMarkets takes full responsibility for products with manufacturing defects or any valid complaints reported within 48 hours of purchase or less.

 

2. Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Deliveries within Kuwait are carried out by our in-house logistics team and/or through authorized third-party delivery partners.
• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered successfully delivered if received and signed for by:
• A family member
• A housekeeper
• Or any person residing at the same delivery address.

The products will be deemed delivered in good condition upon acceptance of the delivery note or invoice.

Missed Deliveries:

• If we are unable to reach the recipient upon arrival, the delivery agent will leave and attempt contact again later the same day.
• If still unsuccessful, the order will be scheduled for redelivery the following day.
• If we are unable to establish contact with the customer within 24 hours of the order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raju Markets, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
• The use or inability to use the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any user or third party.
• Any product or service sold or offered by third-party vendors.
• Any errors or omissions in the platform or its content.

 

4. No Guarantee of Seller or Product Performance
Raju Markets acts only as a platform facilitator and does not control or guarantee:
• The quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any products or services listed by vendors.
• The truth or accuracy of user content or listings.
• That any transaction will be completed successfully.

5. Third-Party Content and Transactions
You acknowledge and agree that Raju Markets:
• Is not a party to any direct transaction between users or vendors.
• Is not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind related to such transactions.
• Does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services.

6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raju Markets, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of:
• Your use or misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of these terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any transaction you enter into through the platform.

7. No Warranty
The platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Raju Markets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
